Our blast doors undertake a rigorous testing regime - so when we say they work, we’ve got the data to prove it. We follow ISO 16933 standards with blast defence products we design, followed by physical product validation as the final step in our design process.Leakage rates in-line with BS 8511

FROM CONSULTATIVE DESIGN ONWARDS

The specification stage is the most critical of any project. Our guidance at an early stage can help shape a blast defence project, ensuring a fit-for-purpose and value-engineered specification that not only exceeds the capabilities of off-the-shelf solutions, but as fully operable products up to a C15 blast testing, stands the test of time.

A PERFECT BLEND OF ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS

The ultimate test of any flood defence product is an on-site test after installation. Having a concept proven to have worked is certainly an achievement, but delivering it time after time in the face of countless variables is the real challenge. On-site testing is a simple and effective way to prove your product works. Build a bund around it. Fill with water. Test. When it comes to actually delivering a complete project, our ability to provide comprehensive blast defence is unmatched. Using our existing design range and engineering expertise, we are able to concept, model and test bespoke solutions where necessary, managing the full scope of products required within a defensive project. Our streamlining approach and in-house management from concept and manufacture through to install helps you to deliver your defensive scheme both on time and on budget.

INDEPENDENT TYPE-TESTING

We test every blast defence product we design.  Physical product validation is the final step in our design process. Concept designs are created and refined using powerful 3D design software. They are then put to the test and with results independently verified, leaving no place to hide.
